Self Healthcare with teacher Ning

The beauty of Qigong is that with relatively easy-to-do exercises you can improve your health, both physically, mentally and emotionally. In this series teacher Ning combines teaching self-healthcare techniques with powerful group healing sessions. To support you on your journey to greater health and continuous well-being.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the most important to stay healthy is to keep the Qi flow freely in the whole body. When blockages in the Qi flow appear, this first may give a bit of uncomfortable feeling. In case the blockages stay for a longer time, these can develop to sickness and health issues. With self-healing Qigong you strengthen the Qi flowing free in your body, in order to stay healthy and/or recover from illness. Teacher Ning emphasises the downward Qi flow in the right torso of the body, which is of utmost importance to stay healthy.

This series consists of the recordings of three weekend webinars (each 5 hours) given in 2025 plus the transcription of it.

1: Healthy Qi flow in the heart and liver

We start with focusing on a healthy Qi flow in the heart and liver and their meridians. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Heart and Liver work closely together. When one of them lacks energy, the other gets affected. These exercises can support every Qigong practitioner and particularly if you have a condition like:

  • heart conditions
  • body’s inflammations
  • poor memory, Alzheimer’s disease
  • sores on the tongue and mouth
  • strong stomach reaction to cold food
  • easy irritable, easily sad
  • easily sweating profusely
  • addictions like smoking, drinking, games etc.
  • liver conditions
  • pain on the sides of the head, migraine
  • thyroid disorders
  • male and female reproductive system disorders
  • athlete’s foot
  • bladder Qi too hot, difficulty urinating
  • weak spleen and stomach functions
  • ejaculation in men caused by liver Qi stagnation
  • stones in various parts of the body
  • immunity
  • breast conditions

2: Healthy Qi flow in the kidneys and pancreas

In the second part, we focus on a healthy Qi flow in the kidneys and pancreas and their meridians. Kidneys and Pancreas (often referred to as Spleen in TCM) work closely together and are interdependent on each other. Through the Pancreas, the Essence Qi of our Food is substracted to nourish the whole body. It is stored in the Kidneys area. When the Kidneys have sufficient energy, the Pancreas gets nourished and can work well. These exercises can support every Qigong practitioner and particularly if you have a condition like:

  • kidney conditions
  • throat problems
  • teeth conditions
  • bones problems
  • hearing
  • coldness in lower part of the body
  • leukemia
  • chronic diseases that are caused by a lack of energy
  • pancreas conditions
  • diabetes
  • weak digestive system
  • weak intestines
  • easily tired
  • body has a feeling of stagnation
  • joints of arms and legs problems

3: Healthy Qi flow in the lungs and triple warmer

In the third part we focus on a healthy Qi flow in the lungs and triple warmer and their meridians. In TCM the Lungs are supposed to spread the vital energy Qi into the whole body. Triple Warmer also governs the whole body, supporting the main organs Qi. The exercises can support every Qigong practitioner and particularly if you have a condition like:

  • lung conditions
  • less energy in the lower part of the body
  • lack of body fluids
  • constantly thirsty
  • skin problems
  • nose problems
  • cough
  • lungs covid
  • upper back pain
  • triple warmer related conditions
  • swollen legs or feet
  • too much urine
  • chest inside feels too hot but lower abdomen inside feels cold
