Create your own program
Teacher Ning’s program in The Hague consists of 5 days to choose from:
Day 1: Group healing session on Wednesday afternoon.
The group healing session on Wednesday is open to everyone and supports your wholeness on a physical, emotional and mental level. Guided by teacher Ning, together we create a powerful and loving Qi field and open our hearts and minds to new possibilities. This way the energy can flow freely, blockages can dissolve and our vitality, inner peace and joy are restored.
Day 2 & 3: Restoring your energy and learning about the underlying causes of illness
In many people the energy flows too much upward. This is an underlying factor in about 70% of all illness and discomfort. Initially, it leads to restlessness, excessive thinking, a feeling of lethargy, lack of energy, not feeling connected or a sense of insecurity. Over time, this imbalance can cause illness.
On Thursday and Friday, you will learn theories and methods to restore a healthy energy flow in the body. This helps to reconnect with the body, be more grounded and have more energy available. In addition, we address the deep-seated causes of illness and imbalance and learn how to resolve them.
You will learn, among other things:
- standing meditation helps to open the lower back
- massage of the navel builds internal qi
- tiger steps strengthens the lower body
- exercises for stomach and spleen/pancreas to improve overall Qi circulation
- transformation of emotional patterns of stomach & spleen. When Stomach & Spleen are in balance, it is the basis for health. You feel more centered and grounded.
Day 4 & 5: Restore the energy balance in the inner organs
To restore inner harmony, it is important to harmonize the energy of the inner organs. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the inner organs are related to all body parts and life functions, including your psycho-emotional well-being.
On Saturday and Sunday, we will focus on harmonizing the heart and kidneys, as well as the lungs and liver. In addition to the physical health benefits, this will help calm your mind, be at peace with what is, stay positive and live your life with joy and love. On Sunday, we will conclude with a group healing session.
You will learn, among other things:
- Balancing Heart & Kidneys – physically, mentally and emotionally
When Heart & Kidneys are in balance, you experience more peace and confidence. The heart is about love and connection. The kidneys are about your essence energy, the so called batteries of your body. - Balancing Lungs & Liver – physically, mentally and emotionally
When Lungs & Liver are in balance, you experience more breathing room and decisiveness. The lungs are about possibilities and optimism. Liver is about creation and also forgiveness and healthy and harmonious relationships.

About Teacher Ning
Teacher Ning was born in inner Mongolia in China. He studied with Dr. Pang and graduated as a Qigong healer at the famous medicineless hospital, the Huaxia Center. In 1997 he left with a few others after receiving blessings from Dr. Pang Ming, the founder of Zhineng Qigong. He continued his practice and provided healings to many.
From several masters he was taught different methods. Nowadays his teachings are characterised by the ‘translation’ of Traditional Chinese Medicine into Qigong exercises. It is quite a unique way of applying Qigong and TCM.
For many years now he teaches in Western countries as well, such as United States of America, Serbia, Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland.
Methods of Self-Healing Qigong
Teacher Ning’s teaching methods are taught in a gentle, humble fashion. Self
healing exercises are easy to learn and they are focused on letting Qi flow freely by dispersing or gathering Qi in the body, so blockages or disorder can resolve. From the perspective of TCM illness or discomfort is characterised by blockages or leaks in the Qi flow.
Use of the Qi Field & TCM
From Zhineng Qigong he adopts the building up of a Qi field for teaching, healing and any other project one can imagine. In his methods however great emphasis is on strengthening the inner organs, both on an energy level as on the information level. From a traditional point of view, the meridian system, channels, vessels, extraordinary meridians and the organs are one complete health system. Qi practice is considered the quintessence of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine).
Sounds & Self-healing
The basic knowledge of TCM teaches us that 5 organs (Spleen, Kidneys, Heart, Liver and Lungs) form the basis for health. Any disturbance within and between organs will be balanced again because organs will help and compensate for each other’s instability. In order to regain health, we need to restore the health within and between the organs. We can do this with sounds and self-healing techniques.
Programmed nature
One topic that is at the core of teacher Ning’s teachings is ‘transforming the programmed nature’. According to teacher Ning we can do a lot of things to gain health, but as long as we do not transform our programmed nature, the same problems will arise again and again. These programmes started to form already from conception on and were developed throughout your life. The Yin (‘negative’) nature of it mainly refers to forms of anger, judgement and distrust. When we transform it into the Yang (positive) nature, we experience more trust, peace of mind and inner joy.
Background information
Qi Friends started to work with teacher Ning after we met in Hainan, China in 2020. The clear way in which he shared some deeper insights in healing and self-healthcare appealed to us. During the many programs that followed, we have more and more adopted his methods in our own teachings as well since they are easy to do and effective. We also started to share information on specific topics both in English and Dutch.
