Recording teacher Ning – practice downward Qi flow

During summer 2020 teacher Ning shared many different exercises in weekly lessons. The recordings of these lessons are still available. In this lesson we practice heart, lungs, stomach and gallbladder and Ning explains about the downward Qi flow in the body.
