In June 2020 teacher Ning started to teach online lessons on a weekly basis. We started off with an introduction to and exercise for the five main organs according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ning teaches the sounds, mudra, connecting movement and self healing method for each of these organs. The lessons are very worthwile to watch and then watch again.
