Self Healing Qigong easy and effective – teacher Ning

In June 2022 teacher Ning shared the most fundamental practice to improve the qi flow in the inner organs and the whole body. To improve your health and experience well-being. It is the practice of self-healing for stomach and pancreas combined with ‘massage navel’.

Stomach and pancreas are the controllers for the qi flow in between all organs and thereby for the health of all organs. The stomach energy should go down and thereby allows lung and heart energy to go down as well. When this down-flow is distorted, problems may arise in the upper body.

The pancreas energy should flow upwards, thereby allowing for the liver, kidneys and intestines energy to flow up as well. When this upward flow is distorted, problems may arise in the lower body.

Massage navel is a fundamental exercise to strengthen your inner qi. In traditional schools you would only do this exercise the first part of your training.
